As the Manager of IT Operations, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and designing, building, and deploying IT solutions and services. You will also provide maintenance and support for these solutions. Engaging with stakeholders in the factory and participating in discussions for new requirements and projects will be a key part of your role. The accountabilities and essential job functions of this position are not limited to the tasks; other functions may be assigned as necessary. The company retains the discretion to add to, eliminate, or change the duties of the job description at any time.

Your ‘day To Day’

• Understand the business function and technical areas.
• Analyze and define information and technical needs.
• Formalize scope and deliverables.
• Execute the deployment and localization of the global IT system solutions.
• Provide Maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions.
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.
• Manage and build a flexible, agile and innovative IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talent to deliver IT required by PMI, currently and in the future.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology/ Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT.
• 3+ years of business/IT experience
• Experience in Service delivery within multinational Co.
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• Project Management certified
• Legally Authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

Annual Base Salary Range: $108,000 - $144,000
