What You Will Learn
Mission: In charge of design and adaptation of all brand education Online + Offline content for all distribution channels. Responsible for the creation and deployment of all ancillary materials in regard to training, programs, and events. (questionnaires, surveys, etc.)
Curriculum/Content (min 65%)
- Proofread & responsible for all adaptation needed from any DMI education content and ensure bi-lingual assets are available.
- Liaise with DMI on any education collateral specific needs. (conversion charts/disco list/swatchbooks, etc)
- Constantly updates existing collateral for the field ensuring alignment with marketing plans (promo, launch)
- Reponsible for LeCare training and info updates.
- Ensure all presentations for shows/events/programs are updated based on program calendar. (travel required for large scale events)
- Collaborate to write, structure, and refine education curricula for soundness, relevance, and engaging outcomes.
- Maintain consistent standards for tone, voice, brand messaging, and measurable learning outcomes across all platforms.
- Lead the development of comprehensive facilitator guides, learner materials, and promotional assets.
- Build various communication strategies based on different channels to drive stylist engagement.
- Promote internal and external all Online + Offline education program offering.
- Support local stylist Facebook group (answering clients, engaging with the group, etc)
- Drive engagement and maximize point redemption via education.
- Ensure all education initiatives are promoted in all class/event programs.
- Managing inventory (L’Oreal Academy – merch/products/education material) for the country.
- Handles surveys (send, collect, follow up, provide clear data report)
- Keep an updated competition report – qualitative feedback from the field.
- Implement robust feedback mechanisms for continuous curriculum assessment and improvement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- BS/BA Degree required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowePoint, Excel, Adobe platforms
- Current Cosmetology license with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Program design and editing experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
