As the Data Science Manager on the Analytics Solutions team, you will lead a team of data scientists to apply advanced analytics in workforce planning, marketing strategy, and organizational change, while fostering a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists focused on workforce analytics

• Translate raw data into insights using modeling, machine learning, and visualization

• Build scalable data solutions in partnership with engineering teams

• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

• Drive experimentation and adoption of new tools and techniques

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience

• 4 years in data science, including 3 years of applied experience

• 3 years experience with SQL, Python, and R

• 3 years experience with ARIMA (time series forecasting), Regression Techniques (linear, tree-based), and Classification Models (binary, multiclass)

• 3 years experience with Jira or ADO experience

• Experience with big data tools and visualization platforms

• 2 years of direct people leadership experience

Preferred:

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline

• Experience in Clustering (k-means, DBSCAN), Simulation / Optimization, and Google Cloud Platform

• Experience in workforce or HR analytics

• Hands-on work with simulation, optimization, and predictive modeling

• Familiarity with Vertex AI and cloud-based data platforms

• Leadership experience with cross-functional or distributed teams
