As Manager, Community, you will focus on building and nurturing a vibrant community on Ulta.com, leveraging user-generated content (UGC), social integrations, and innovative programs to engage beauty lovers. You will be instrumental in driving adoption of Ulta Beauty’s social storefronts and creator affiliate program, creating meaningful touchpoints for consumers while amplifying brand visibility and loyalty.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $120,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
- Foster Community Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow and activate Ulta Beauty’s online community, driving deeper engagement and participation.
- Manage UGC Widgets and Integrations: Oversee user-generated content widgets and social integrations on Ulta.com, ensuring they showcase compelling, on-brand content that resonates with consumers.
- Drive Adoption of Social Storefronts: Promote and enhance the use of Ulta Beauty’s social storefronts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and user experience.
- Support Creator Affiliate Program: Partner with internal teams and creators to scale the affiliate program, driving engagement and measurable results while amplifying authentic brand advocacy.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Integrated Marketing, E-Commerce, and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive and seamless community strategies across all touchpoints.
- Leverage Insights: Analyze engagement data and community trends to inform future strategies and optimize the performance of existing programs.
- Innovate with Purpose: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to implement cutting-edge community-building initiatives that keep Ulta Beauty at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Maintain Platform Excellence: Regularly audit community platform functionality, identify areas for improvement, and partner with technology teams to enhance features and integrations.
- Experience: 5-6 years in social media with a proven track record of fostering online engagement and growth.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate data, insights, and trends into actionable community strategies that drive results.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Creative Excellence: Expertise in integrating social content, managing UGC, and driving community engagement through innovative approaches.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing platform data and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize engagement.
- Industry Knowledge: Passion for beauty, e-commerce, and community-building, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.\
