KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Account Management to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account leadership to develop and implement initiatives for account growth and process enhancements. Project manage the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes.
  • Provide direction and oversight to ensure effective collaboration, process standardization, and continuous improvement in efficiency for both U.S. and nearshore account management resources.
  • Understand the client's Master Services Agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW) templates, and rate card(s). Manage responses to client MSA compliance requirements and ensure compliance for all operational processes on the account. Supervise responses to client audits and risk assessments. Work with account leadership, the legal department, and client procurement to project manage the process of adding or amending the terms of the MSA.
  • Interface with client vendor management, sourcing, and procurement leads. Maintain strong relationships with client procurement functions to optimize contract processing times and enhance account management activities.
  • Leverage appropriate technology and tools for accurate and timely reporting. Oversee recurring and ad hoc account reporting, including pipeline, financial planning, and engagement tracking. Serve as the point of contact for internal and client reporting requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in one or more business related areas such as, Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management and Business Operations; minimum two years of recent experience with people management
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting in Excel is required; experience with collaboration platforms, Customer Relationship Databases and Vendor Management Systems is preferred
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects, prioritize multiple tasks and apply proactive and creative approach leveraging firm tools and resources; In-depth understanding of different business functions and ability to engage, as needed; capability to assess end-to-end processes, identify gaps, propose solutions, and oversee implementation
  • Profound presentation skills with ability to summarize and analyze large data sets for leadership review
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills; strong critical thinking and issue resolution skills, with a drive to tackle complex challenges and offer effective solutions; effective time management skills and aptitude to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and delegate
