Position Summary
The Maintenance Lead role provides leadership to the maintenance team, coordinating work assignments, evaluating quality, and directing safe work practices. This role reports to the Production Manager or Plant Manager based on the location.

- Process Improvements
- Housekeeping, Safety & Process Compliance
- Cross-training & Development
- Provide direction to Maintenance Team.
- Manage and maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on production equipment, identifying potential problems, replacing, or repairing parts, testing, and adjusting.
- Manage parts store at manufacturing facility using Infor EAM, including creating purchase requisitions and receiving parts into inventory.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to establish the best preventative maintenance practices.
- Maintain physical parts store at manufacturing facility.
- Assist with quarterly parts inventory.
- Assist with safety audits.
- Manage service contracts.
- Train to install, repair and maintain production machines and plant facility’s equipment.
- Complete documentation, as required.
- Identify and recommend changes to equipment or processes to improve safety or efficiency.
- Support equipment and process upgrades for new production methods or products.
- Assist other team members, as needed.
- Compete electric work as per job requirements and training under NFPA 70E electrical and arch flash requirements.
- Focus on cross-training, continuous learning, and improvement.
- Continue training in higher level maintenance work.
- Participate and support the Continuous Improvement (CI) culture.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
