We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of a well-established facility. This is a full-time, leadership role with a focus on ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of the building and grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative, corrective, and emergency repairs.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including scheduling and task assignments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract services.
- Monitor and maintain facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and inventory.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work independently.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency.
