In this role, you will perform a variety of hands-on maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and comfortable for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and handyman tasks, including drywall repair, snaking drains, minor plumbing, and other facility upkeep duties.
- Work collaboratively with our maintenance team to address repair needs promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols specific to a nursing home environment.
- Prior experience as a maintenance technician or handyman, preferably in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in skills such as drywall repair, snaking drains, and basic facility maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keeps a clean and presentable hygiene
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
