Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous wood panel saw machine operation experience. (Holzman panel saw preferred)
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to read, comprehend and correctly interpret production paperwork. (work orders, BOMS, Prints)
- Ability to perform at a fast pace to keep up with other machines you are feeding wood part to.
- Ability to read and determine accurate measurements.
- Ability to consistently perform manual labor and heavy lifting and to sustain physical work activities, such as lifting 50lbs or more, standing, bending and walking.
- Good attendance, work performance and safety records.
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work extra hours as needed, sometimes on short notice.
