Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Overseeing all phases of construction from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Managing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests professionally.
• Providing regular project updates to clients, including budget status, timeline progress, and any challenges.
• Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
• Resolving conflicts or construction issues proactively to keep projects on track.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience in residential custom home project management.
• 4+ years of ground-up and renovation experience with luxury custom homes.
• 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and makes informed decisions.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple construction projects in various phases.
