LPN - OBGYN - Local Contract

WCS Healthcare is working with the Top Health System in Suffolk County, NY. We are currently looking to hire a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse within our Commack facility working with OBGYN Patients. This is a temp to perm role. New Grads are welcome!

Job Function

• Day Shift.
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Plan and manage patient care based on individual needs, including routine monitoring and assistance with comfort.
• Interview patients and document medical history, physical condition, and vital signs.
• Provide direct patient care under supervision while assisting with preventive screenings.
• Perform clerical duties, including maintaining medical records and acting as a receptionist.
• Monitor patient health and ensure ongoing care through observation and routine procedures.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Valid LPN certification and New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Clinical experience in an OB/GYN.
