Key Responsibilities
- Install and service low voltage systems, including intercom, card access, intrusion detection, and CCTV.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform diagnostics with minimal supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Work on Ethernet-based systems including AiPhone, Honeywell, and Securakey platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Travel to job sites across Northern IL, NW Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin in a company-provided vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain and properly use hand tools, test equipment, and smart devices.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with intercom, access control, intrusion, and CCTV systems.
- Proficiency with Ethernet-based and Honeywell systems is required.
- Required experience with AiPhone, Honeywell, and Securakey systems
- IL PERC Card (or the ability to acquire, the company will pay for certification).
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work under tight deadlines.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have own hand tools.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills; fluent in English.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- INS. Citizenship or legal residency required.
- Additional experience with systems like Openpath, Telecor, Valcom, DuKane, Rauland, and clock or sound systems is a plus.

- Approximately 70-80% of assignments qualify for prevailing wage rates
