Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Set and achieve personal and professional growth targets.
- Conduct regular assessments to track client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Work independently while contributing to team success.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators regularly.
- Adapt to changing environments and client needs.
- Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification required.
- Willing to work in California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR)
- Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Proven track record of achieving personal and professional growth targets.
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptability to changing client needs and environments.
- Competence in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.
- Experience in community outreach and mental health promotion.
