Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Set and achieve personal and professional growth targets.
  • Conduct regular assessments to track client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Work independently while contributing to team success.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators regularly.
  • Adapt to changing environments and client needs.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification required.
  • Willing to work in California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR)
  • Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Proven track record of achieving personal and professional growth targets.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adaptability to changing client needs and environments.
  • Competence in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Experience in community outreach and mental health promotion.
