The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, assisting clients with inquiries about our training programs. As a Live Chat Agent, you play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Assist customers in navigating our learning platform and understanding course offerings.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and enhance overall service experience.
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services and offerings.
- Maintain updated knowledge of training programs and company policies.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat role.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of empathy and problem-solving skills.
