Job Summary
The Adams Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Listing Agent to join our team in Spring Hill, USA. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with selling their properties by offering expert guidance, conducting market analyses, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will oversee a significant portion of the client journey, from the initial consultation to the signing of the listing agreement. Our established system and dedicated team will support you from the agreement stage through to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
