What You’ll Do
The Linen Associate ensures that our linen inventory is successfully fulfilled and transferred from one location to another. The linens you handle will be used at the most exclusive events in the region as well as the most important personal events marking milestones in private homes and yards. Your behavior and performance as you work, is the foundation of the PEAK reputation. Our motto is “Perfect or better” and those are our expectations of you. There is no such phrase as “this is not my job” and we work as a team to make sure all deadlines and tasks are completed by the given deadlines.

What You’ll Do
The Linen Associate ensures that our linen inventory is successfully fulfilled and transferred from one location to another. The Day-to-Day
- Packing, bagging, inspecting, and scanning linens as needed.
- Double check all transfer orders, match paperwork with number of hangers, boxes and or napkin bundles.
- Add ROUTE information on orders provided by Dispatch Department.
- Help with Pillows / Packages.
- Run linen orders and scan orders.
- Inspect and fold napkins as needed.
- Maintain Quality standards by communicating with Team Leads and Management.
- Follow Instruction as directed from Management.
- Assist in any and all projects or tasks instructed by the Linen Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leaders
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to multi–task
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must be attentive to details
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to stay late or report early to meet deadlines when there is high volume
- Must be available to work on Saturdays or Sundays as well as holidays as needed
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced & constantly changing environment
