In the role of the Licensed Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will receive excellent support from our talented corporate and regional team. You will also be instrumental in directing and coordination of all activities within our nursing center. Your pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as upholding company policies. Addressing concerns and complaints from residents, families, staff, and external agencies will be part of your proactive approach to enhancing patient satisfaction.

• Job Requirements:**
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Healthcare management.
• Licensed Assistant Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Georgia.
• Demonstrated experience as a positive leader, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory Practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of all government regulations inpacting Nursing Centers.
