Leveraging various authoring tools and multimedia platforms, the LXDev develops a wide range of materials—such as eLearning modules, video-based tutorials, just-in-time job aids, and resources for instructor-led or blended courses—to meet diverse learning needs.

Guided by principles of user-centered design and adult learning theory, the LXDev collaborates closely with learning experience designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to translate learning objectives into practical, engaging solutions. This includes ensuring proper integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS), adhering to SCORM or xAPI specifications, and applying accessibility guidelines to deliver inclusive learning experiences.

By maintaining a keen focus on emerging technologies and best practices, the LXDev helps the Institute create flexible, scalable, and measurable learning solutions that effectively support workforce development.

As a vital member of a small, adaptable team, the LXDev may also engage in the full learning development process, including traditional instructional design activities such as meeting with stakeholders to understand learning needs, defining learning outcomes, and designing content.
