The Learning & Development Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and engagement through effective training programs. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

The specialist will focus on supporting new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Additionally, the role involves leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate online training and blended learning experiences. Ultimately, the specialist aims to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Essential Functions

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of various departments.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for employees.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems to deliver and track online training modules.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
