Position Overview
As a Lean CI Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements in our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with electrical engineers, electricians, project managers, logistics, and design engineers to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) metrics. Using Lean methodologies, you will analyze workflows, develop process efficiencies, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

process documentation, including standard works, work instructions, and process maps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders, including electrical engineers, electricians, project managers,
- Lean & Six Sigma Practices: Apply Lean principles (such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work) to
changes and investments in new technologies or equipment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data collection, analysis, and performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous
- Project Management: Lead and support continuous improvement projects from conception through execution, ensuring

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Lean methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement role preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and standard work development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in electrical contracting, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
