Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus
- Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
- Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

- Work in our beautiful state-of-the-art centers that are provider/patient-friendly and equipped with imaging, labs and an advanced EMR that is fully integrated with Mercy!
- Modern, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and advanced EMR integrated with Mercy (Epic)
- Collaborative, supportive staffing including Rad Techs, highly trained Medical Assistants,
- Part of one of the nation’s fastest-growing urgent care networks
- Experience and certified to treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
- Nurse Practitioners: Appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
- 1-2 years of experience in an Urgent Care and/or Emergency Medicine or comparable setting as a NP Provider is required.
