Your Role As a Lead CAD Designer

• Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to drive innovative designs.
• Leveraging AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop cutting-edge designs for major infrastructure projects.
• Producing detailed contract plans including layouts, profiles, maintenance of traffic, and site grading.
• Supporting project documentation with quantity calculations, erosion control plans, and more.
• Learning, implementing, and enhancing VS Engineering CAD standards to drive efficiency.
• Managing multiple project tasks while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (BIM and GIS knowledge is a plus).
• Strong technical and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate.
