Seeking a licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC for a full-time hybrid role in Victorville, CA, working Sunday to Wednesday (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts).
- Salary $100K-$110K plus sign-on bonus, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, HSA/FSA, paid time off.
- Responsibilities involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Requires current California license, minimum 2 years experience, strong computer skills, bilingual preferred.
- Physical demands include sitting, walking, and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. The work environment is moderate noise, with a focus on compassionate, integrated care.
