Position: Laundry Aide

Location: Boynton Beach, Florida

Shift: Part-Time | AM/Mid

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory and label resident clothing.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and personal laundry.
• Handle contaminated linens per protocol.
• Deliver clean laundry to appropriate areas/residents.
• Clean and maintain laundry equipment.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning restrooms, common areas, floors, fixtures, windows, and surfaces.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and assist with terminal cleaning after discharges.
• Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and infection control standards.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to perform general laundry and housekeeping duties.
• Nursing home experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in laundry or housekeeping.
• Must respect resident rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Must attend required trainings and follow safety protocols.
