About the position: As the Laboratory Administrative Assistant, you will support lab leadership with daily activities. Tasks may include a variety of administrative assistant activities under the direction of the lab manager.
What you'll do:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Three or more years of similar experience preferred
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills
Computer Skills: General computer skills required; knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, onsite at the main office in Little Rock, AR.

About the position: As the Laboratory Administrative Assistant, you will support lab leadership with daily activities. Tasks may include a variety of administrative assistant activities under the direction of the lab manager.
What you'll do:
- Schedule conference rooms as requested
- Monitor lab office supplies and work with supply chain coordinator to process order
- Maintain the lab conference room in a clean, orderly manner
- Monitor technician CME requirements and license renewals
- Arrange for repairs and PM's of equipment
- Coordinate with Hospitality Coordinator to provide meals, celebrations, etc
- Maintain sensitive or confidential material or information in a trustworthy manner
- Work independently in an efficient manner
- Prioritize multiple and varied duties in order to meet deadlines
- Provide administrative support to lab leadership
- Perform administrative duties such as data-entry, filing, copying and scanning
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements to conferences
- Maintain a proper filling and document system for record keeping
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for meetings as necessary
- Take notes and minutes in meetings as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
