Job Responsibilities:

- Manage labor management processes, including payroll verification, timesheet tracking, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to labor and accounts payable.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll and vendor payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
- Proven experience in labor management and/or accounts payable roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor regulations, and accounts payable principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, UKG Kronos) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
