- Proactively grow revenue within your assigned customer base through field visits, email outreach, and timely follow-up on inbound inquiries.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to uncover customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions leveraging our best-in-class product portfolio.
- Commit to continuous learning to maintain deep product and industry knowledge, positioning yourself as a valued advisor to customers.
- Consistently surpass quarterly and annual gross profit goals, meet daily KPIs, and contribute to overall territory performance.
- Manage your territory autonomously with strong self-motivation and effective time management in a largely independent work environment.
- Utilize ERP and HubSpot CRM platforms to efficiently manage accounts, track customer engagement, and route sales opportunities.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers at each customer site, maintaining regular contact and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct all customer interactions with professionalism and transparency, recommending solutions that genuinely meet their needs.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate product demos, deepen engagement, and support territory growth initiatives.
- Allocate 90–95% of your time to nurturing existing customers, reserving 5–10% for strategic outreach to prospective accounts.
Proven Sales Success
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets, preferably within dental, medical, or related B2B industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable delivering compelling presentations and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining energy and focus in a goal-oriented sales environment.
- Highly organized, capable of managing 35–50 daily customer interactions across a territory of 500–750 accounts.
- Maintain a minimum 70% contact rate with key accounts each quarter and grow average order size by 5% or more annually.
- Strategically plan and execute territory activities to maximize customer engagement, sales conversions, and long-term growth.
- Proficient in CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems to track opportunities, document activities, and keep customer records current.
- Maintain detailed call notes and contact data to ensure organizational visibility and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in ongoing product training and collaborate with vendor representatives to stay updated on new offerings and technologies.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with Customer Care, Product, Marketing teams, and vendor partners.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with significant relevant professional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
