ICF is seeking an entry level Junior Instructional Design and LMS Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team within the Growth, Engagements, and Insights group. The Junior Instructional Design and LMS Coordinator will be responsible for revising e-learning content and optimizing training materials as well as basic administrative tasks that will support the operation of our Learning Management System operation. This role will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to create high-quality instructional content, ensuring compliance with SCORM standards and Section 508 regulations.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$60,927.00 - $103,576.00

- Support IT training programs, both internal and client facing, by creating process documentation/workflows.
- Assist in the review, revision and development of technical e-learning courses utilizing tools such as Articulate 360, RISE, Canva Pro, and Camtasia.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and achieve team goals for content creation.
- Evaluate course feedback and maintain high-quality, effective training programs.
- Provide LMS trouble shooting and administrative support.
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology or a related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 1+ year(s) professional experience with instructional design and e-learning development, information technology and/or related experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Learn Upon, and use of e-learning development tools (Articulate 360, RISE, Canva Pro, and Camtasia)
- Experience with project management software and methodologies such as JIRA
- Strong writing and editing skills to create clear, engaging, and high-quality content Experience with Accessibility and Section 508 compliance
- Prior use of multimedia authoring tools for e-learning content development
- Knowledge of current educational technologies and instructional methodologies
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Ability to effectively gather information from SMEs and collaborate with various stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions for instructional challenges
