Junior Human Resources Business Partner

Pay Range: $44,747.82-$67,121.73/annually

The Junior Human Resources Business Partner (Jr. HRBP) provides foundational HR support and partnership to assigned business units while gaining direct experience in strategic and operational HR initiatives. This role is ideal for a developing HR professional who is enthusiastic about contributing to an organization's success by supporting people strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving operational excellence. The Junior Human Resources Business Partner (Jr. HRBP) works closely with HRBP's and business leaders to support HR processes, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist or HR coordinator role.
• Licensure/Certifications: Human Resources certification such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, etc. preferred.
• Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• Safe driving record: This position requires transporting clients and driving agency vehicles. Candidates must have a good driving record, which is defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal moving violations in the last five years.
