Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Assist in the development and production of various graphic materials, including but not limited to digital media, social media graphics, website visuals, print advertisements, and branding collateral.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with Senior Designers and other team members to brainstorm and create engaging concepts that effectively communicate the desired message for each project.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality across all channels.
- Project Management: Assist in organizing and managing multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and responding to feedback swiftly.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually enhance your skills and incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
- Feedback Incorporation: Embrace constructive criticism from peers and supervisors to improve designs and foster personal growth.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus!
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and versatility. Wed love to see your unique style!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively is essential.
- A positive attitude, openness to learning, and a desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design choices.
- Enthusiasm for experimentation and pushing creative boundaries.
- A proactive approach to personal and professional development.
