Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to{{:}

• }Perform a detailed review of printed tax packages prior to client deliver
• yProcess print invoices and assign print workflow
• sUpload and certify various reporting packages to governmental entitie
• sProcess SOC reports and other workflows as directe
• dManage the footing process, including footer training and maintenance of footer lo
• gAdministrate the FRP online platforms, including Viva Engage, Knowledge Share page, and Teams sit
• eProvide administrative support for the Print & FRP team
  
  

sThe Qualifications

• .Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or other related business fiel
• dMinimum 1-5 years’ experience as an administrative assistan
• tProfessional services firm experience is a plu
• sMS Office experience required (MOS certified a plus

{:}}We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use.
