General Summary:

The IT Support Specialist will assist Systems Administrator II in managing the day-to-day IT operations. This role is based onsite and will provide technical support to end-users, manage local hardware and software issues, and support basic networking and systems tasks. This person will also contribute to documentation, inventory, and process improvement.

Proposed Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices, applications, and connectivity
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Perform basic troubleshooting of local network issues and escalate as needed
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks such as account creation and equipment preparation
• Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory
• Track and resolve issues using a ticketing system
• Support IT projects including upgrades, deployments, and audits
• Collaborate with the other IT
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
  
  

Ideal Certs

• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

• Pay range for annual salary is $70,000 - $80,000
