Your mission

- Manage projects (time, scope, budget, quality) per CMMI guidelines
- Monitor and address project changes proactively
- Handle change requests
- Define gaps, create user stories/Jira tickets, and prioritize with Development
- Configure software to customer requirements
- Plan and coordinate releases and patches
- Collaborate with customers on test cases
- Degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science and 3+ years of proven work experience
- Very good IT project management skills; a plus PMP certified
- Customs knowledge
- Good understanding of relational databases, SQL statements, and ideally Oracle DB
- Proactive, analytical and structured way of working
- Ability to translate business needs into project requirements
- Very good communication skills; customer oriented
- Fluent in English
- Openness for business travel (max. 10%)
