Summary

The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining desktop infrastructure and network support to multiple branch locations while delivering quality customer service skills to end users in both top and bottom levels of the corporate structure.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and lead the IT team, including recruitment and training.
• Manage company help desk and develop user training
• Plan and manage the IT budget and resources effectively.
• Oversee and ensure the successful execution of IT projects.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and cloud.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with executives to understand and address their IT needs.
• Stay updated on technology trends and industry standards.
• Participate in managers meetings i.e. Tuesday morning branches call
• Lead IT weekly meeting and maintain IT resolution log
• Develop and maintain effective communication strategies with employees and upper management.
• Make sure procurement procedures are followed and approvals are obtained for all IT purchases and assigned equipment, log-ins, etc.
• Travel to branches to provide hands on maintenance and training where needed.

Education and Experience

• 1+ year(s) of experience in working in an IT Management role
• Associates degree or equivalent training/certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or Networking is helpful. (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Adobe, Windows 10, iOS
• SharePoint, and/or CRM experience
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
