Position Summary
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be a member of the IT Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT infrastructure projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This includes projects related to data centers, cloud migrations, hardware rollouts, network upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Position Summary
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be a member of the IT Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT infrastructure projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with senior leadership to identify system needs, define project goals, and build a roadmap that supports IT transformation efforts.
- Manage all aspects of project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Anticipate and understand business expectations and recommend the most appropriate response to complex or ambiguous requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by adapting to changing priorities and mobilizing resources as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to ensure project objectives align with business goals.
- Capable of working effectively, independently, and seamlessly across both technical and business sectors.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, providing updates, resolving conflicts, and adapting project plans as needed.
- Exhibit organization, efficiency, accuracy, and creativity in all work-related tasks.
- Quickly detect, monitor, document, and resolve challenges.
- Actively addresses potential risks and obstacles in projects.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented finance solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure.
- Proven experience with projects like cloud migration (AWS, Azure), virtulization and enterprise networking.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, networks, firewalls, etc.)
- Understanding of corporate expense management systems, including processes, data flows and interactions with related vendor and in-house software.
- Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, along with the capacity to resolve problems effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
- Proven experience managing complex, deadline-driven projects with cross-functional teams,
- Exceptional skills in writing and documentation, inclusive of both technical details and business communication.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- PMP certification a plus
