Chapman Automotive Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! The IT Helpdesk Support Specialist contributes to the efficiency of Chapman’s operations by providing technical support for internal customers and supporting a positive employee experience. Successful candidates will be well versed in Information Technology support, collaborative and team-oriented, and thrive in a challenging work environment. What We Offer
This is an onsite position at the Chapman Corporate Center in Chandler, AZ. Hours are Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Applicants must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional travel to Chapman dealerships to provide onsite support as needed.

- Answer Helpdesk calls and trouble ticket submissions to provide end-user support for hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT related issues in a timely manner and follow up with impacted employees when problems are resolved.
- Assist the Helpdesk Manager with special projects as needed.
- Setup, support and monitor desktop workstations, telephone systems and peripheral devices.
- Implement, support and monitor business process and workflows, business applications and mobile devices.
- After sufficient training you will enter a dispatch rotation where you will go onsite to Chapman locations to provide support and equipment installation/replacement.
- After sufficient training you will enter an on-call rotation where you provide support outside of normal operating hours.
- 2+ years of Information Technology support experience is preferred.
- Experience working with and troubleshooting problems with Windows 10 and Mac OS operating systems.
- Working knowledge of IP telephone systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
- Demonstrates strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude and provides excellent customer service to employees requiring assistance.
- Ability to easily learn, retain and apply new information and skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
