IT Assistant Intern

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated IT Assistant Intern to join our Headquarters IT Team for the summer. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting our IT operations and gaining exposure to various aspects of IT infrastructure and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
• Help with system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
• Provide basic technical support to end-users.
• Assist in setting up workstations and resolving connectivity issues.
• Contribute to IT projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree program related to Information Technology or a similar field.
• Basic understanding of IT principles and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
