The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $55,000 - $81,000. Final base pay will be determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits.

The Investment Operations Analyst can expect to focus in the following areas:
- Ensure accurate portfolio data through proactive auditing and resolving discrepancies
- Troubleshoot and solve data-related issues while partnering with custodians, technology vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain client account and portfolio setup, including timely updates and manual tracking
- Support quarterly billing and performance reporting processes
- Respond to internal and external reporting and data inquiries with accuracy and clarity
- Participate in process enhancements, system integrations, and special data projects
- Document procedures and recommend improvements for scale and efficiency
- Support teammates as needed and contribute to shared department goals
- Location: This position can be based in either our Rockford, IL headquarters or our office in Middleton, WI.
- Work Model: Standard business hours with flexibility as needed; occasional extended hours during reporting cycles. In office work will be required.

The Investment Operations Analyst position typically requires the following qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related field preferred
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in financial operations or investment data-related roles
- Familiarity with platforms such as Tamarac, Orion, Black Diamond, or Morningstar Office a plus
- Core Competencies & Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Advanced Excel proficiency and confidence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for accuracy
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Team-focused mindset with a willingness to support others
- Clear and concise communicator—especially when translating complex data into simple insights
