What You’ll Do

• Supervise the inventory control team to include training staff, creating and maintaining a cycle count schedule, streamlining processes, and managing team priorities.
• Adhere to and manage compliance with all standard operating procedures, safety, and security standards, AS9100 quality standards and internal procedures.
• Ensure inventory transaction records are maintained in Costpoint (ERP) for inventory traceability, accurate inventory quantities and locations, and costs.
• Prepare staff and the stock room for internal and external inventory audits.
• Work closely in the stock room alongside production planners, line managers, shipping clerks, lab personnel, and other staff to support inventory needs.
  
  

What You Need

• Supervisor or management experience
• Experience using ERP inventory management system
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in a stockroom environment
• Ability to learn software programs such as Costpoint, Solumina, Smartsheet, and Dynafact
• Clean room experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in inventory/material control in an ISO9001 or AS9100 certified environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to access restrictions.

Salary Range

$77,000.00-$102,600.000
