Position Summary

The Intern, Product Development will assist with brief creations and brainstorm new product concepts with Product Development team. The role will also be responsible for organizing, labeling and gathering feedback from members of the team on new product samples.

Responsibilities

• Assist with brief creations and brainstorm new product concepts
• Sample organization, labeling, and gathering feedback from team members
• Help ship products domestically and international
• Support sampling and distribution for retailer meetings
• Maintain physical library of product samples
• Track and review formulas
• Research on upcoming trends and ingredient stories
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in in business or marketing or related field
• Prior internships in marketing, innovation, product development preferred, prestige or mass beauty experience working with Product Development and R&D a plus
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Passion for color cosmetics, skincare and the beauty industry in general
• Energetic self-starter who is detail and results oriented
• Collaborative and team player
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must know Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
