Responsibilities:
- Shadow experienced plant operations and engineering professionals to understand their roles and contributions.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to define and begin a Business Enhancement or Lean Project.
- Execute assigned engineering projects that contribute to business goals.
- Deliver a formal presentation of project outcomes to management at the end of the internship.
- Experience using Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD tool.
- Prior experience in mechanical drafting & measurement tools.
- Enrolled as a full-time student or recently graduate from an accredited college or university with Mechanical / Industrial / Aerospace Engineering or related Undergraduate p rogram.
