Summary: This internship will begin with a one-week orientation that includes an overview of the business and may feature Lean Manufacturing training. In the second week, they will shadow experienced employees to understand operational roles and receive a project assignment. From week three onward, interns focus on executing their projects and developing skills, culminating in a formal presentation to management at the end of the twelve-week program.

Responsibilities:

• Shadow experienced plant operations and engineering professionals to understand their roles and contributions.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to define and begin a Business Enhancement or Lean Project.
• Execute assigned engineering projects that contribute to business goals.
• Deliver a formal presentation of project outcomes to management at the end of the internship.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience using Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD tool.
• Prior experience in mechanical drafting & measurement tools.
• Enrolled as a full-time student or recently graduate from an accredited college or university with Mechanical / Industrial / Aerospace Engineering or related Undergraduate p rogram.
