Interim Director of Case Management

Interim Director of Case Management Needed in Lakewood, CA!
The Position
- An Interim Director of Case Management is needed to oversee department operations while a permanent leader is identified.
- This leader will oversee a team of 39 FTEs.
- Key responsibilities include assessing the department, recommending operational improvements, and stabilizing the team.
- The ideal candidate will have prior interim leadership experience, strong case management knowledge, and a track record of making an immediate impact. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and adaptable to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse license required; ACM certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years of case management experience, including at least two years in an acute hospital leadership role. Experience with McKesson InterQual preferred.

- Compensation Range: $150,000 to $165,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
