Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with an Am Law 200 civil defense law firm in its search for an Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal. This is a direct hire, full-time, hybrid role out of the Firm's Milwaukee, Wisconsin offices.

Primary duties of the Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal include but are not limited to:

• Drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation related documents;
• Electronic filing with a focus on Federal Court;
• Reviewing documents for privilege and preparing privilege logs;
• Assisting with trial preparation (including out of state trials) - managing logistics, preparing trial notebooks, jury notebooks, and compiling exhibit lists and exhibits.
• Performing other tasks as needed.
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
• Infrequent lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds.
  
  

The Successful Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal Will Have

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience, working in defense litigation in law firms; a focus in IP litigation strongly desired;
• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate desired;
• Strong attention to detail;
• A focus to providing excellent client service;
• Strong desire to work with a busy team!
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment; this role will support multiple attorneys (partners and associates).

Work week is 40 hours; eligibility for OT; Billable hours: 1500/year.

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience ranging from $75K - $90K + comprehensive benefits package.
