Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us deliver excellence to our customers!

The Inside Sales Representative Is Responsible For

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
• Process customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer services
• Supporting assigned outside sales representative as customer contact
  
  

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Customer Service and Sales experience required. Strong electrical background can substitute in some cases.
• Previous industry experience (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Parts Sales, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to operate various computer software including customer relationship management (CRM) and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
