The Opportunity
The Distribution Team has a deep understanding of our products, customers, and channel partners to initiate and maintain the sales process. The Inside Sales Manager oversees the entire Inside Sales Department and works closely with Distributor Territory Managers and other department managers within Keystone. This position is responsible for ensuring the Inside Sales team is working in the most effective ways possible to maintain Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise. This role also demands creativity, pushing boundaries to deliver outstanding results, and ensuring customers always receive a positive experience.
Your Impact
This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must live within 100 miles of Lansdale, PA (19446) due to onsite collaboration requirements.
- If you live within 50 miles: this role will follow our standard hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week).
- If you live 50–100 miles away: this role will require onsite presence up to 6 days per quarter (typically 2 days per month).

Your Impact
- Managing projects and delegating work to the Inside Sales Team
- Problem solving for any issues that arise with the Inside Sales Team
- Guiding and managing the Inside Sales Team to excel in every aspect of their role, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance
- Conducting thorough sales analysis, generating accurate price quotes, and providing exceptional customer service
- Serving as the link between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers to streamline communication and processes
- Identifying, addressing, and resolving any challenges that arise within the Inside Sales Team, ensuring smooth operations
- Working closely with other department managers, providing insight and assistance on matters related to Inside Sales
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role (lighting or electronics industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of lighting system technologies, with focus on LED technologies, lighting controls, and/or power electronics preferred
- Experience managing an inside sales team required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Experience utilizing CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP tools (Prophet 21 preferred)
- Open to potential travel to trade shows (~5-10%)
