The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Manager to help us identify, reach, and convert the right contacts across our core customer ecosystem: Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Building Owners, and Facilities Managers.
You’ll run outbound calling and email campaigns, book meetings for our sales team and partners, and own CRM list hygiene and pipeline visibility inside HubSpot. You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth and VP of Global Marketing to support demand generation campaigns and outbound sales motion.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who’s as comfortable talking on the phone as they are managing lists, qualifying leads, and improving the systems that power growth.
Past team members in this role have gone on to lead marketing operations—and for the right candidate, an opportunity exists to grow into a commission-based sales role in an open 75F territory.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Global Marketing and work closely with our Head of Growth Marketing on campaign design, CRM improvements, and outbound workflows.

Call and Campaign
- Make outbound calls to introduce 75F to new accounts across targeted verticals and territories.
- Build and launch outbound campaigns with our Growth Marketing team using HubSpot.
- Book intro meetings and demos for our U.S. territory sales team and partners.
- Craft messaging and call scripts tailored to different segments and decision-makers.
- Maintain and clean CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring records are accurate, tagged, and enriched.
- Build segmented contact lists for campaigns, newsletters, and partner follow-ups.
- Track lead progression, campaign response, and conversion metrics for reporting.
- Support data imports, ZoomInfo sync, form submissions, and lead assignment workflows.
- 2+ years in a sales development, inside sales, or marketing operations role.
- Confident making outbound calls and speaking with executives and technical decision-makers.
- Comfortable working in CRM tools like HubSpot and navigating spreadsheets or enrichment tools like ZoomInfo or Linkedin Sales Navigator.
- Obsessed with clean, actionable data and efficient systems.
- Eager to be in a fast-paced role where both people skills and process skills are used daily.
- Based in the Twin Cities metro area and ready to be in our Bloomington HQ 4 days/week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $50K - $60K, based on experience level
