- Handle inbound leads and provide accurate pricing and product availability.
- Process customer purchase orders and send order confirmations.
- Manage sales promotions effectively.
- Onboard new customers and maintain service for existing accounts.
- Notify customers of out-of-stock or discontinued items and suggest suitable alternatives.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B order processing and customer service.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to prioritize effectively, multitask, and work well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Sage 300.
