Responsibilities: This person will provide general support for Internet/Intranet applications, network infrastructure, e-mail, Windows Servers, Windows applications, and other PC-related software. They will also assist field techs with hardware and software concerns. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Network+ Certification preferred
• Three years’ experience maintaining VoIP phone systems, preferably Mitel
• Familiarity with working in virtual environments
• Ability to solve network connectivity issues using appropriate diagnostic tools
• Ability to troubleshoot internet connectivity, specifically Fortinet routers
