What You’ll Be Doing

As an Industrial Sales Account Manager, your role is equal parts relationship builder, problem solver, and technical expert.

  • Engage with new and existing customers via phone/email to understand needs, recommend solutions, and close sales
  • Manage and grow accounts across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada
  • Conduct in-person site visits (Chicago area) to evaluate customer needs
  • Prepare custom quotes—including technical specs and drawings tailored to each customer
  • Hit or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management
  • Keep detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions to support data-driven decisions

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience with a track record of success; previous trailer experience a plus!
  • Strong communication skills—you can build trust and rapport with ease
  • Results-oriented mindset—you set goals and go after them
  • Technical and math savvy—comfortable taking measurements and selling custom solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits around the Chicago area
